Short version: Fabric is the compute layer at the bottom. optr is the runtime that sits on top of Fabric and connects nodes across edge, cloud, and browser. SimArena sits on both and routes heavy sim and training jobs to Fabric. machine.fun uses SimArena as its quality gate and then deploys funded projects onto the full stack. Facilitator handles payments across all of them.
