Roadmap (18-Month)

18-month per-product roadmap with concrete milestones.

Core goal: Be the fastest way for robotics teams to go from idea → data → trained policy.

0–3 Months

  • Stabilize URDF builder (URDF, MuJoCo XML, Isaac formats)
  • Scene editor v1 with drag-and-drop assets and basic scripting hooks
  • Unified run panel for in-browser physics vs Fabric-backed cloud sim
  • Guided flow: define task → collect demo episodes → export to LeRobot → launch training on Fabric
  • Predefined training recipes for 2–3 canonical tasks (pick-and-place, navigation)
  • Credits-based pricing for cloud sim and training

Milestones: 10+ active teams (beyond current 6), 100+ robots and 50+ environments, first paid subscriptions.

3–9 Months

  • Headless SimArena APIs for CI: regression suites on every commit
  • UX across WASM, Rapier, PhysX, and Fabric cloud engines
  • Marketplace for community-built environments

9–18 Months

  • 30+ active teams using SimArena daily
  • Enterprise features (SSO, audit logs, on-prem options)
  • Simulation Commons foundation: shared library of robot models and scenes

0–6 Months — Backend and smart contracts live on Solana, SimArena integrated. First 5 curated projects launched.

6–12 Months — 10–15 curated projects launched. First project graduates through PumpFun ACE to equity. Peaq deployment integration complete.

12–18 Months — 20+ projects launched. First deployed robots running on Peaq + CodecFlow. Self-sustaining deal flow from Peaq’s industrial partners.

Core goal: Become a credible infra layer for realtime and robotics jobs.

0–3 Months

  • v1 Python SDK and minimal TypeScript SDK
  • QUIC/Iroh networking stable
  • Basic observability
  • x402 + Facilitator integrated for per-second billing

Milestones: 1M+ GPU-seconds processed, first live x402-metered workload.

3–9 Months

  • Autoscaling policies
  • “Deploy this optr graph to Fabric” as a one-click path
  • DePIN partner integrated end-to-end
  • Public beta with transparent per-second pricing

Milestones: 10+ active customers, 25M+ GPU-seconds processed, ≥3 BYO clusters connected, $15–30K MRR by month 9.

9–18 Months

  • SLOs (99.5% uptime), audit logging, role-based access
  • Provider marketplace

Milestones: 30+ active paying teams, $50–100K MRR by month 12–15.

0–3 Months — Rust core and Python SDK v1 feature-complete. First end-to-end graph deployed via graph.deploy(). optr-ros2 connector landed.

3–9 Months — Browser node support stable (WebTransport). Full node library for common robotics tasks. First production optr graph in a customer’s deployment.

9–18 Months — optr v1.0 stable release. Operator marketplace live.

  • Funding — current treasury covers ~10 months. Without a raise, the roadmap slows significantly.
  • Market timing — robotics dev tooling is early. Customer education extends sales cycles.
  • Scope discipline — 4 products with a small team requires careful sequencing. optr and Fabric share a common substrate (QUIC/Iroh, Rust). SimArena is largely frontend work. machine.fun is deferred until core revenue is flowing.

The $1M raise funds 12–15 months at full execution speed. Revenue from SimArena and Fabric starts in month 1 and grows from there. The MRR ramp ($15–30K by month 9, $50–100K by month 12–15) is what takes the runway beyond what the capital alone provides — and sets the trajectory for Series A.
